Human Psychological Flexibility and its Role in Reducing Disorders Emotional Among Employees An analytical Study of the Views of a Sample of Employees in Sadr Medical City in Najaf Governorate

Abstract

The current research examines the effect relationship and between human psychological flexibility and emotional disorders. The problem of the research is the role of human flexibility in reducing emotional disturbance among employees of Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital in Najaf. a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. A Number of (112) from were distribution to the sample of study. The questionnaire was analyzed using the SPSS program and a number of statistical methods were used to test the hypotheses of the research. The research found a number of results, the most important of which was the relationship between human psychological flexibility and its variables (patience, tolerance, ability to deal with emotions, morale, initiative) and emotional disorder in general. The research ended with a set of conclusions, In the Sadr City Medical Center for the importance of human psychological flexibility in dealing with auditors and this in turn contributes to reduce the incidence of emotional disorder among workers, and the most prominent recommendations need to raise awareness of the staff working in the organization investigated and the various medical specialties and management technical and service that flexibility in dealing is necessary and is a major option for the medical city, human flexibility without activating the dimensions of patience and tolerance and deal with emotional and work morale and initiative in the provision of medical and therapeutic services mean nothing without working with high flexibility by the human resource
