Effectiveness of educational supervisor in the development of teaching skills of teachers and teachers of Arabic language in the schools of the General Directorate for Education Baghdad Rusafa third from their point of view

Abstract

The current research aimed at knowledge: "The effectiveness of the educational supervisor specializing in developing teaching skills for Arabic language teachers and their teachers in the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad, the third Rusafa from their point of view." The research methodology was the descriptive survey approach, and the research community and its sample consisted of Arabic language teachers The sample consisted of (200) individuals, and to collect information, a questionnaire for teaching skills was prepared consisting of (45) items, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified, as it reached (0.71), and to analyze the research data, weighted media and percentage weights were extracted For paragraphs of the questionnaire, the research has concluded As follows: There is an effective role for the educational supervisor to specialize in developing some teaching skills for Arabic language teachers and teachers, and the researcher came up with a set of conclusions, including: There is an effective role for the educational supervisor to develop some teaching skills for Arabic language teachers and teachers at a rate of (65%), and with a group of Recommendations from them, the Ministry of Education is requested to increase the number of educational supervisors, specialists, and there were three proposals, including conducting a similar study to know the role of supervisors of specialization for the intermediate and secondary levels
