The effect of feedback by using observation means in some biomechanics variables in hammer throw for beginners (13-15) Years.

Abstract

The importance of the research: The importance of the research emphasis on the mechanical aspects associated with the performance of hammer throw through the reference to correct the state of the body simultaneously through the observation and according to mechanical conditions, which basically requires recognizing the nature of the mechanism of this activity and definition of beginners to integrate technical and mechanical performance and achieve the goal of the educational process . The aim of the research is to identify the level of technical performance and bio-mechanics variables to hammer throw of the research groups and use the computer as a means of observation to obtain the mechanical information to hammer throw of the experimental group. Also to identify the effect of this method in the development of some mechanical variables of the two groups of the research. The research was carried out on a randomly selected sample from the Sport National Center for Talented , divided into two groups ; control and experimental groups. The researchers then conducted pre-tests on the two groups and videotaped of the hammer throw performance . Speed, starting angles, starting and pushing angles were extracted. Then the feedback and observation feedback program was applied. The results of the research summarize the development of all mechanical variables and the evolution in achievement and technical performance of the effectiveness
