The effect of skillful exercises in a miniature field in some biomechanical variables and the accuracy of the overwhelming hitting front and back in volleyball

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of skill training in a mini-stadium in the development of biomechanical variables and the accuracy of overwhelming multiplication of young players, and also to identify the statistical differences between the pre- and post-test of the biomechanical variables and the accuracy of the crushing hit front and back in volleyball, representing the research community of young players in the district Al-Muqdadiya from Diyala Governorate (24 players). The research sample consisted of (11) players, Al-Muqdadiya Youth Club. Thus the percentage of the sample from the community (45.833). After conducting the experiment, the researcher reached positive results through which he concluded that the skill training in the mini court was effective in developing the biomechanical variables as well as the accuracy.
