Thankfully he fulfills what has increased from the blessings, and thanks to him for the grace and generosity he gave us.And peace and blessings be upon Muhammad, the master of Arabs and non-Arabs, the envoy to all nations, and upon his family, companions, wives, descendants, and nation, the best of nations.And after:Islamic jurisprudence is one of the most important fields of Sharia sciences, and the evidence has been concerted in encouraging understanding in the religion of God and knowledge of the rulings of Sharia,And the Prophet said, “Whoever God returns with good will understand him in religion.” () And on the basis of this position of jurisprudence, scholars were keen to study it and record its branches and set rules and controls that collect its scattered branches, which facilitated the study of this art and the control of its branches. He was among the most prominent of these four imams. Those whose doctrines were spread and were followed by scholars of scholars who distinguished themselves from their peers with their diligence and generosity. Comparative jurisprudence study ().
