Abstract

The Study Aimed to Know the Reality of the Use of Students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University for New Media from their Point of View, Explaining the Role of the New Media in Enhancing intellectual Security among Students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University from Their Viewpoint, He Revealed the Difference in the Views of the Sample Members with Regard to the Degree of the New Media's Contribution to Enhancing intellectual Security with a Difference of: (Specialization, Academic Level, Cumulative Average) To Achieve this, the Descriptive Approach was Used, A Questionnaire Consisting of (72) items was Designed and Distributed on Three Axes, and it was Applied to a Sample of (340) Students from Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University from Various Disciplines, Among the Most Important Results of the Study, The Contribution of the New Media to Enhancing Intellectual Security Among Students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University in General Came at a High Degree, in Terms of the Reality of the Students Use of the New Media from Their Point of View, and the Role of the New Media in Enhancing Intellectual Security, and the Mechanisms of the New Media's Contribution to Enhancing the Students Intellectual Security, The Results also Showed the Absence of Statistically Significant Differences in the Degree of the Role of the New Media in Enhancing the Intellectual Security of Female Students Depending on the Specialty, While it Showed Differences in the Views of the Sample Members Towards the Role of the New Media in Enhancing Intellectual Security According to the Variable of the School Year (For the Benefit of the Second Year, the Third Year, and the Fourth Year), According to the Cumulative Average Variable (For an Excellent Favor)
