Reasons for the termination of the public oil company Irfan Omar Khalid - Assistant lecturer

Abstract

Public oil companies, like other companies, can be terminated if certain reasons are met. However, due to the importance of these companies and their attachment to managing an important wealth, which is oil and gas, some laws may make their termination difficult because of the need to continue and remain as long as possible in order to perform their tasks related to the said wealth, These companies do not terminate unless a special law is issued for that and therefore they do not terminate with the same reasons that other companies terminate, while these companies may, under other laws, be subject to the reasons for the termination of public companies in general without giving them privacy in this regard.
