The effect of circular exercise plyometric exercises on skill development Spiking from position (1) for volleyball players

Abstract

The importance of the research lies in the development of plyometric exercises in the circular style in developing the skill of spiking (from center 1) among volleyball players. As for the research problem, there is a deficiency in the use of plyometric exercises and the circular style when training volleyball players. Therefore, the researcher considered the effect of using a group of plyometric exercises in a circular manner in developing the skill of spiking from center (1) among volleyball players.The research objectives are:1.The use of plyometric exercises in the circular style in the development of the skill of hitting frontal crushing from the center (1) of Al-Jaish club players for advanced volleyball2.Knowing the effect of plyometric exercises in the circular method on the development of the skill of overwhelming facing from center (1) among the Al-Jaish club players for advanced volleyball.The methodology used was the experimental method, while the research sample amounted to (10) players from the Army Club for those applying for volleyball.The most important conclusions were:1.The plyometric exercises in the circular manner had a positive effect on developing the skill of spiking from the center (1) among volleyball players.As for the most important recommendations:1.The use of plyometric exercises in a circular manner positively affects the performance of the skill of spiking from the center (1) of volleyball players.
