Aesthetic repetition in the lettering painting

Abstract

AbstractThis research is concerned with the study of aesthetic repetition in the painting of the alphabet, as the development in the arts of Arabic calligraphy has a great role in the emergence of linear painting and due to the aesthetic, artistic and expressive properties that characterize the Arabic calligraphy letters of flexibility, voluntariness and formability in various forms. The painting was characterized by modernity and out of the ordinary and open to new visions. The researcher identified the problem of his research with the following question: What is the aesthetic repetition in the painting alphabet?Therefore, the urge to identify the aesthetic repetition in the letter board, for the period (1400 AH - 1980 AD) to (1440 AH - 2018 AD), in Iraq, Egypt, Turkey.The second chapter included the theoretical framework through three topics, the first section dealt with the concept and meaning of the alphabet, and the second topic, the aesthetic of the Arabic letter, and the third section, the design and aesthetic foundations of the alphabet, followed by the indicators of the theoretical framework and previous studies.The third chapter included the research procedures, where the descriptive approach (content analysis) was adopted. The fourth chapter included the analysis of samples and the presentation of results, conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
