The Effect Of Exercises For Harmonic Components In Learning Motor Balance And Transmission Accuracy In Tennis For Students

Abstract

Research objective is to prepare exercises for the harmonic capabilities of the research sample while identifying the impact of these exercises in learning to learn motor balance and transmission accuracy. The researcher selected the research sample in an intentional way, and it included (14) students from the college students of tennis who represent (9. 8%) of the society The research, whose number is (70) students from the third stage, where they were divided into two groups (experimental and controlling) in a random manner by (lots) and by (7) players an experimental group and (7) players a control group where the percentage of the research sample reached (9). 8%), in order to achieve similarity among the members of the research sample, the researcher used (coefficient Twisting) between the averages (height, weight, and age) of the entire sample of subjects. Accordingly the researcher concluded that the harmonic capabilities directly affected the learning of parallelism motor and precision skill transmitter for the sample and the moral results showed a significant of pre and posttest of the research sample of students following the compatibility and agility, where moral and flexibility capabilities differences in favor of posttests of the research sample and that the interoperability capabilities affected effectively in learning motor and precision balance transmitter for the research sample. The researcher recommends using abilities to develop other skills of a different nature and for other games according to other capabilities.
