On the other hand, this development in the composition of the international community followed the development of international relations. Since its traditional themes revolve around the relations of states in peace and war, especially on issues of diplomatic and consular representation, treaties, war and neutrality, Covering various cultural, economic, social and scientific topics, as well as political relations and organizing new issues relating to outer space, its uses and the environment with its various components.
