Developing the performance of school leaders based on creative leadership from the viewpoint of supervisors and agents in secondary schools
Abstract
The aim of the study is to identify the impact of the improvements on the school leaders’ performances by using of the practice of the creative leadership dimensions on the school leaders of the governmental secondary stage schools in Riyadh. As well as to acknowledge the main obstacles that improving of the performance of the school leaders face the use of the practice of the creative leadership dimensions. Along with determining the important requirements to improve the performance of the school leaders under using of the creative leadership dimensions from the perspective of the superintendents and the vice principals of the governmental secondary stage schools in Riyadh. The research used the descriptive survey method by using a questionnaire on a simple random sample of (30) school leadership supervisors, and (81) a school agent for the secondary stage. Among the most prominent results of the study: The study sample members agree with a high degree that there are challenges facing the development of school leadership performance in the light of creative leadership average (3.58 out of 5.0). The government average in Riyadh is (4.47 out of 5.00).
