The number of training units reached (24) units, The modules were applied to the experimental group membersThe most important conclusions wereThe proposed training program has a positive impact on the improvement of the physical fitness of football players. The proposed training program has led to a remarkable development in the skill level of both (ball running - ball control - running the ball between the rolls - accuracy accuracy - kicking the ball to the farthest Distance) in the emerging players of foot ball.The most important recommendations were the interest in using the proposed training program at the youth stage as the results of the research showed an improvement in the physical efficiency and skillful performance of the emerging football players.
