Patterns of classroom management prevailing among teachers of the stage Prep and its relationship to some variables

Abstract

The aim of the research was to identify the patterns of classroom management prevalent among the teachers of the preparatory stage and their relation to some variables. For the purpose of verification, the Kadhim (2011) scale was adopted for the class management patterns. For the academic year (2017-2018), and then the application of the measurement tool on the sample of the study (200) teachers and schools, which were selected in the random stratified method, the results showed the absence of a better administrative style than the other and superior to the use of the three class management methods ( Facilitation, democratic) in the sample of the research sample The results of the research showed a higher degree of use of the style of management of the class dictatorial to other administrative styles in males than it is in females and then reach some recommendations and suggestions.
