Abstract

The current research seeks to analyze the role of job ethics in the knowledge management processes in its dimensions (knowledge generation, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge retrieval) in the opinion of a sample of faculty members at the university. The research adopted an analytical and descriptive approach, and set a set of hypotheses as speculative answers to the research problem, which were tested with multiple statistical tools. The research concluded that there is a relationship and impact of job ethics in the knowledge management processes and that there is a good level for both work ethics and knowledge management in the research colleges, which confirms the keenness of those colleges to practice work ethics for the university teaching function and create the appropriate climate for knowledge management processes, and the research recommended the need to invest in the strong relationship between The estranged ones and directing them to serve the research faculties at Salahaddin University.Keywords: knowledge generation, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, sharing, knowledge retrieval.
