The possibility of adopting behaviors Authentic leadership on achieving the entrepreneurial orientation for organizations/field research in the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works

Abstract

The current research sought to identify the Effect of the Authentic leadership in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation for organizations, and it has been applied in the general directorates/municipalities sector of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works as one of the organizations that is in direct contact with citizens by providing the necessary services. Hence, the researcher's interest in the research came in applying a modern and developed leadership style capable of addressing negatives to reach entrepreneurial. The research problem is represented by several questions, the most important of which do leaders in the researched organization have a perception or awareness of the research variables (authentic leadership, entrepreneurial orientation). The importance of research lies in identifying the extent to which leaders and subordinates know the dimensions of authentic leadership and its importance in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation. The researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, as (90) questionnaires were distributed to the managers of the upper, middle and lower management. The research came out with a set of conclusions, the most important of which authentic leadership has a great influence on achieving an entrepreneurial orientation The researcher recommended that the authentic leadership be applied in all its dimensions and in the correct manner so that its results would appear clear in achieving leadership and reaching citizen satisfaction in providing services.
