The Role of Organizational Justice Levels in Administrative Creativity: An Analytical Study of the Perspectives of a Sample of Heads of Scientific Departments in a Number of Private Universities in Erbil City/Kurdistan Region-Iraq

Abstract

This current research refers to justice, business, and building justice, and accordingly, the problem was defined by asking questions centered on the philosophical concepts of the research variables, the nature of the correlation and the effects between the variables. A plan was designed that expresses the main assumptions, and the questionnaire form was used as a means to obtain the data that was distributed to the heads of departments in private universities in the city of Erbil, consisting of (85) department heads, and the questionnaire received and was valid for analysis (85) forms. In order to validate the hypotheses with multiple vegetables while using the statistical program (SPSS. V.23). The research followed a descriptive analytical approach. Public relations, public relations and justice, administrative creativity on the macro and micro levels, and directing this relationship towards serving the researched universities. Encouraging the processes of motivation for the faculty members to think creatively from the incentive rewards and to provide a positive and supportive environment in the scientific departments.
