Change and Alteration in the international system: a conceptual framework

Abstract

Abstract: Change is the term for the hour now, because the world is going through an outburst and revolution of change in everything, until it is true that everything is subject to exchange or change except the law of change, it is a constant and inevitable feature. Previously, the famous British politician, Winston Churchill, said: “Improvement means change, to be complete, you have to change frequently”.The research included an introduction with two topics, which dealt in the first topic with the concept of change and alteration and its patterns, and included two requirements, the first requirement dealt with the definition of change and alteration, and the second dealt with the characteristics and stages of alteration, while the third requirement dealt with the determinants of change, and touched in the second topic on motives and forms of change in the international system, divided into three requirements, the first includes the motivations and concepts of alteration, the second requirement addresses the forms of alteration and its factors, while the third has touched on the obstacles of alteration in three comprehensive places, and then the conclusion.
