Abstract

The importance of the study, which is how to use these exercises with the device in rehabilitating the flabby muscles after childbirth, which is a problem found in our society and in need of high education on it because the form of exercises does not need places designated for training such as halls or fitness halls, especially since the social woman has limited movement in which we see the responses Physiology in different ways, the woman’s body is not only subject to the day’s need for work or the need to complete hours of physical training, but she has feminist components that she must overcome, whether it is physiological or otherwise.The research sample was determined by the intentional method available from women whose ages range between (25-30) years with normal first births. And from non-mathematics, their number reached (11) women after undergoing medical examination by specialized doctors and after confirming their safety, and they were divided randomly into two groups, the first being exploratory, numbering (6), and the experimental group underwent Pilates exercises using a factory device numbering (5), and Pilates exercises affected By using a device positively in a tangible change in the thickness of the skin folds, the abdominal area, the waist circumference and the hip circumference for the research group, it also positively affected a tangible change in the strength tolerance of the abdominal muscles significantly, after which the flexibility, balance and strength characteristic of speed with convergence and afterwards and finally the elasticity of the trunk; The need to pay attention to Pilates exercises for pregnant women after childbirth and make it a priority for specialists in effective guidance for women and even at home.
