Abstract

Hotels are generally a place of residence or a break for travelers to enjoy the comfort and ease the pain of travel for a while. This study came exactly the opposite, as we highlighted the hotel in terms of business and its role in the business movement. The first illiteracy has emerged in the conclusion of trade agreements between the parties or traders during their stay, in addition to its importance in maintaining the safety and merchandise they were roaming for, sold between different Moroccan cities. As a result of this importance, successive authorities have been keen to preserve and care for hotels in terms of insurance as well as regulate the movement of traders and trade at the same time through the imposition of taxes on commercial transactions.
