The Civilian empowerment in Iraqi Society A Descriptive Vision in the sociology of Restoring the Civilization University student after ISIS: University of Mosul as a case study

Abstract

The control of extremist ideology groups of some parts of Iraqi society in general and People in Nineveh Governorate in particular after June 2014, is a real disaster. The University of Mosul has its share of this brutal control. They have completely looted and disrupted it from doing its civil and human duties, completely isolated it from its national and local surroundings, burned its scientific memory treasure, and turned some of its departments and laboratories into a terrifying and killing place.At the center of university capital and education, there must be constructive participation in putting forward some ideas and mechanisms that can limit curb such extremist ideology and behavior in the society in general and at the university (Mosul) in particular.
