Commitment to the ethics of administrative work and its relationship with the motivation of the achievement of some of the principals of the schools of enmity in the center of Erbil governorate

Abstract

The research aims to identify the degree of commitment to the ethics of administrative work and the motivation for achievement among some middle school principals in erbil governorate center.The researchers used the descriptive method in the correlation method to suit the nature of the current research and the identification of the research community of the members of the bodies in the center of Erbil governorate (12) school reality16) Teaching each school (192) as a teaching, and the community was chosen in a random way. While the sample of research (120) was a teaching one selected in a random way, and with regard to the research tools, the scale (human, 2006) was adopted, where the scale of (30 paragraphs) and divided into three axes to measure the degree of administrative ethics and the adoption of the measure of motivation of achievement (charity, 2008), where the scale of (20 paragraphs) and divided into four axes, the researchers used statistical treatments appropriate to the nature of the research data through the programStatistician. SpssThe most important conclusions are the following.- -Positive results showed the overall level of administrative work ethics of some middle school administrators in the center of Erbil governorate, which relates to the axis of the relationship with the faculty members was very large, and the total level was (4.22) where the percentage response to (84.4%). - -Positive results showed the overall level of motivation for some middle school administrators in the center of Erbil governorate, which relates to two axes (self-confidence and perseverance) was large, and reached the total level (3.91-3.53), neighborhoodLarge, , where the percentage response to (78.2% - 70.6%).The researchers recommended:- Work to improve the conditions of the administrative environment in all middle schools in particular and the Directorate of General Education the center of Erbil governorate in general.- The need to cooperate with the faculty members in the middle and high schools at the level of Kurdistan- Iraq to raise the level of their performance in terms of continuity and follow-up
