Internal political challenges to the Iraqi national security after 2003

Abstract

The national security in Iraq faces a complex and interwoven set of challenges that have produced a complex situation characterized by the use of violence and terrorism. Among these challenges are the internal political challenges that are the basis for all other challenges facing political and security stability and the consolidation of the principle of peaceful coexistence and the building of sustainable peace among the components of Iraqi society.
