Abstract

The aim of the current research is to build a proposed electronic program according to the added value to assess the achievement capabilities of students of the College of Education.The descriptive approach was used in building the electronic program represented by the general design steps (ADDIE), which are the following stages (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation( And the use of the semi-experimental approach when applying the electronic program to a sample of students of the College of Education to assess the achievement capabilities, and the results reached the effectiveness of the electronic program and in light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were reached.
