The effect of organizational justice in reducing the negative effects of organizational cynicism

Abstract

This research examines the nature, quality, and impact of the relationship of organizational justice and organizational cynicism through the opinions of a selected sample of employees of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Wasit (50 members) from the research community of 69 affiliates. The research has assumed the existence of a correlation and influence between the two independent variables, organizational justice and the adopted organizational cynicism. By using a questionnaire, data were collected, where the statistical program (SPSS) was used in analyzing the data. The results of the analysis confirmed the existence of a correlation and influence between the two variables of the study and accordingly, conclusions and recommendations were formulated.
