Abstract

The significance of the research lies in the use of specific exercises to the cross-training method to develop some of the physical, motor, skill and physiological abilities of young players in boxing. The researcher is a way to develop and develop these abilities through the use of specific exercises to the cross-training method as one of the training methods that affect the physical, motor, skill and physiological abilities through the diversity of aerobic and anaerobic physical effort locally in the working muscles of the arms and legs, since boxing is primarily based on the use of the arm during punching and fights. The coaches focus on them in addition to the muscles of the legs through the movements performed by the boxer during punching and fights.
