Strategic planning skills achieved in the organization of classroom management from the point of view of the university's male and female teachers

Abstract

The curreint researching aim to identifly: 1- Identify the achieved and unrialized paragraphs by extracting the weighted mean and the percentage weight for ieach paragraphic of thie strategic planning skills scal in the organization of classroom management. 2- Identifying the degree of strategic planning skills for university professors in organizing classroom management. 3- Identifying the degree of strategic planning skills organizing classroom management at the University of Baghdad according to gender. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the following hypothesis was imposed: There are no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the research sample. The role of strategic planning skills achieved in organizing classroom management due to the gender variable (Teachers of the University of Baghdad) The current research relied on the selection of the applied research sample on the stratified random sampling method, as (200) male and female teachers were selected equally distributed according to the gender variable (100) males and (100) females. With regard to the research tool, the two researchers built a scale of strategic planning skills based on the objectives of the research and its variables, referring to previous studies and taking the opinions of experts and specialists in this field. The scale may consist of (33) items and the use of a scale with three alternatives (usually, sometimes, never) because it is one The most commonly used scales for ease of understanding, balance of scores, and (1,2,3) correction for paragraphs. And after extracting the standard characteristics of the scale and using statistical means: 1- Chi-square to know the opinions of eixperts on the validity of the scale. 2- Pearson correlation coefficient too fond oeut the validity of the items and the reliability by the re-test method. 3- The t-test of two independent samples to determine the discriminatory power of the parigaphs. 4- The T-tests for one sampl to know the degree of strategic planning skills. The most important findings of the research 1- In order to achieve the first goal, which is to identify the items that have been achieved and the items that are not achieved by extracting the weighted mean and the percentile weight for each paragraph of the scale that were applied to the professors of the University of Baghdad, as it was found through verification the weighted mean and the percentile weight for each Paragraph of the scale items that (18) are achieved by the professors at the Uniiversity of Baghdad and (14) are not achieved. The number of them is (200) male and female teachers, as the arithmetic mean of their scores was (107,23) and with a standaird deviiation of (112,12), and the hypothetical mean of the degrees of the strategic planning skills scale was calculated and it was (66) and the differences were tested using the T-test for one sampl. The calculated value of (2.70) is greater than the tabular amount of (1.99) at the level of significance (0.05) and with a degree of freedom (199). Theoretical average, which indicates the presence of the impact of strategic planning skills for university professors. 3- In order to achieve the third objective, which states that the degree of strategic planning skills at the University of Baghdad is known according to gender. The scale is (108.5) degrees, with a standard deviation of (8.14) degrees, and the average scores of female teachers on the scale are (103.16) degrees, with a standard deviation of (6.85) degrees. To achieve this, the researchers used the T-test for two independents sampl. It is also clear that the calculated t-value, which reached (26.93) degrees, is greater than the tabular t-value of (1.98) at the level of significance (0.05) and with a degree of freedom (198), and in favor of the average sample of males, which indicates the effect of strategic planning skills on males more than Females, because male professors are more familiar with strategic planning skills. It is clear from the table that the calculated t-value amounted to (12.64) degrees, which is greater than the tabular t-value of (1.98) at a level of significance (0.05) and a degree of freedom (198), which indicates the presence of the effect of strategic planning skills on females, but at a lesser rate than their impact. on males. In light of the results, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
