Abstract

This study was conducted at Poultry Farm of Animal production Department, College of Agriculture, University of AL-Qasim Green to investigate the Study effect of adding different levels of the Oleobiotec lotion to the ration broiler chicks on some blood biochemical traits . Use the 180 broiler chicks Ross 308 day-old were randomly assigned to four treatments ( 3 replicates per treatment 15 chicks per replicate), and treatments were as follows : first treatment (control) without adding Oleobiotec lotion to the ration , add Oleobiotec lotion 5 g /50 kg feed (second treatment) , add Oleobiotec lotion 7.5 g /50 kg feed ( Third treatment) and add Oleobiotec lotion 10 g /50 kg feed ( four treatment) . And study the effect of the treatments on the total protein concentration, albumin, Globulin, the concentration of glucose and uric acid. The results of the experiment that the addition of the Oleobiotec lotion 7.5 and 10 g / 50 kg feed ration to broiler chicks led to a significant improvement (P <0.05) in the blood biochemical traits of broiler chicks Ross 308 compared to the first treatment (control).
