The level of digital empowerment of faculty members in Iraqi universities and their relationship to their perception of the use of social networking sites in teaching

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of empowerment of faculty members In Iraqi universities, and the level of perceptions of faculty members in Iraqi universities about the use of social networking sites in teaching and learning about the nature of the relationship between the level of digital empowerment of faculty members in Iraqi universities and their perceptions about the use of social networking sites in teaching, and to achieve the goals of a study a questionnaire was designed and distributed to (5) A faculty member in the colleges of Sharia was chosen by way of a comprehensive inventory from the study community, and after conducting statistical analysis using the SPSS program, it was found that there is an average level of digital empowerment among the faculty members in Iraqi universities from their point of view, and that there is a level High perceptions of faculty members about the use of social networking sites in teaching from Their viewpoint, and the results also showed that there is a direct relationship and statistical function at the level of significance (0.05) between the level of digital empowerment of faculty members in Iraqi universities and their perceptions about the use of social networking sites in teaching.
