Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to identify the international crimes committed by US forces in Iraq after the US invasion in 2003 and the position of the United Nations on these crimes. Enacting laws that obligate states to follow to protect human rights during wars and military operations to promote and protect the human family from any violation. It showed that the United Nations, in all its institutions, has not taken any legal deterrent measures against the United States, which has practiced the most heinous international crimes against the Iraqi people, which explains the American domination of the United Nations and the extent of its double dealing in the international level.
