The dish according to Dr. Abdullah Al-Tayeb in his book The guide to understanding the poetry of the Arabs, their craftsmanship, and its difference from it according to the ancients

Abstract

Dr. Abdullah Al-Tayeb emerged at the beginning of the twentieth century through several books, the most prominent of which was the book (The Guide to Understanding and Making Arab Poetry), in which he dealt with a group of linguistic issues that the ancients had previously talked about, but in a new way, the most important of which is the dish, as he considered it one of the elements of diversification. Which achieves internal harmony in Arabic poetry. From here, the research came in several axes: the first is an introduction to the subject, the second is the counterpoint to the ancients, and the third is the counterpoint to Dr. Abdullah Al-Tayyib in order to know how he dealt with it and what is its difference from the ancients, then we explain the most important findings of the research.
