((The effect of using the Google classroom educational platform on the achievement of students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the subject of measurement and evaluation))

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of using the Google classroom educational platform on the achievement of students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the subject of measurement and evaluation. By confirming the validity of the following hypothesis: Hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at a level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students studying on the Google classroom and the average scores of the control group students studying in the traditional way in the achievement test of the measurement and evaluation subject. The researcher approved the experimental design with a randomized control group with two pre and posttests, and according to this design, a sample of students from Tikrit University / College of Education for Human Sciences / Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences / Phase Four was intentionally chosen for the academic year (2020/2021) (first semester) The research sample reached (80) students. The researcher was rewarded between the two research groups in a number of relevant variables, namely: chronological age calculated in months, the third stage average, intelligence test, gender variable, and for the two research groups. In order to conduct the experiment, the researcher prepared an achievement test as a research tool. The number of test items reached (40) items, and after data collection, analysis and statistical treatment using the statistical program (spss) the following results were shown:1. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students studying on the Google classroom platform and the average scores of the control group students studying in the traditional way in the achievement test for the subject of measurement and evaluation for the benefit of the experimental group.
