Resistance of some species of pathogenic bacteria caused diarrhea to some antibiotics (broad spectrum) in Tikrit districts
Abstract
Isolated 80 stool specimen from patients diarrhea age between ( 3-40) years in Dejla hospital in Tikrit town , we isolated three species of pathogens bacteria ( E coli, proteus, V cholera). We used many types of antibiotic broad spectrum were (tetracycline, doxycyclin, gentamicin, erythromycin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin). Because the prevalence of resistance to antibiotics were variable in different populations and in different countries. The finding indicates proteus were sensitive to all the antibiotic, while E coli were resistance to erythromycin, cholera were resistance to erythromycin and gentamicin.
