Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present an algorithm that compute Dedekindsums s(a, b) .This algorithm implemented by using essential definition ofDedekind sum .since these sums arise in the theory of modular forms and innumber theory as well as in various other areas of mathematics. These sums arerational numbers and a table of the exact values is given. Some applications forthe important of Dedekind sums were presented.
