The Psychological and Social Data in Paintings of Disabled Children

Abstract

Research Summary:The project was designed to study The Psychological and social data in paintings of disabled children. It is consist of four chapters; the first was devoted to study problem, its importance, its need for, its limited and its goal, the problem of study is deal with the negative socials perceptions toward the special needs kids, the negative people impression towards disabled children presents a barrier to enabling disabled people to adapt, this lead to behavioral deviations from social standards like delinquency, crime, deviation from customs and traditions, lack of respect or forming social relations or doing social skills and lack of self-reliance or inability of observe order, customs and traditions of society. In addition to disruption of performance and adaption to the environment and dependency and non-association with society and belonging to the family and friends without permanent supervision and direct in their needs. The problem of the current study answered the following questions:1-What are the psychological data of children with disabilities.2-Dealing with social data and biological aspects.The importance of the study was to know the contribution of study to enrich the scientific and educational content in relationship to the issue of disabled and related factors, the second chapter contains the theoretical framework consisting of two subject , the first section deals with the foundations of social theory, the second section deals with the characteristics of childrens drawings. The third chapter is concerned with the study procedures, where the study community, including the available models in specialized sources, books, magazines and the Web, A sample of four children with disabilities was selected. The study method is the descriptive analytical approach and the researcher in the study tool based on the theoretical framework indicators in the analysis of the sample. The study came out with a set of results, the most important of which are:1-Drawings of children with disabilities were based on simplicity in style and ease of lines, despite the mobility disability and difficulty holding pens and not being able to draw property.2-Show us the love of disabled children to express themselves through drawing
