Abstract

The health institution is considered one of the most important institutionsas it deals directly with human , saving lives improving their health. This researchderives its importance from the subject that it deals with: " the management of theconflict " witch is considered an important article against decreasing the level ofperformance of medical staff bring by conflict, resulting in decreasing the medicalservices produced to the society in a way or another.
