Legislative guarantees for the care of families special needs

Abstract

A person with a disability, regardless of the nature and degree of disability, is considered human in the first place and disabled in the second degree. He needs to be accepted as an individual who has value by himself and by others as well because the impact of such a person is great on the family, and despite that, he is no different from the rest His family members are in terms of importance in satisfying his needs, and despite the importance of disability, it can be considered secondary to their needs. Disabled people resemble ordinary people more than they differ from them with regard to their basic needs. Most of the countries of the world have taken care of people with disabilities and special needs, so they issued many charters, whether they are (international or internal) charters that have been keen to ensure their enjoyment of rights in all areas of life, so that all the obstacles that stand in their way are removed and then they can contribute to the development of society. Like their peers in the community, in addition to that, it provides some privileges that guarantee and provide them with a comfortable life.
