Measuring the availability of social responsibility dimensions in the Directorate of Education in Semeil from the point of view of its affiliates/Analytical study

Abstract

The study aimed to measure the availability of social responsibility dimensions in the Semeil Education Directorate from the point of view of its employees. The problem of the study was represented in the following main question: Are the dimensions of social responsibility available? The hypothesis of the study was that there was a clear statistically significant relationship. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and (25) questionnaires were distributed. The distribution included all levels shown in the research community. As it was found from the results of the analysis that there is a good practice of economic responsibility, while legal responsibility and moral responsibility are moderately practiced by the concerned directorate, and finally, humanitarian and charitable responsibility recorded an acceptable practice that needs more attention and support. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to make more effort by the concerned directorate in practicing social responsibility to build a good reputation for the directorate and to play the social role entrusted to it through it.-Awareness of the administration and the staff of the Directorate of the role of social responsibility in achieving social justice and stability, not members of the community.-Respect the internal environment represented by the employees, and the external environment represented by members of the community in all their activities and practices.-The concerned directorate considers the exercise of social responsibility a duty and not an optional matter.
