The role of knowledge management strategies in crisis management stages/Analytical study in the general company for the pharmaceutical and medical supplies industry in Samarra

Abstract

The study aims to show to which extent the sample of the study is Varied and to reveal the relation of correlation and influence on the dimensions of knowledge management and to indicate phases of crisis management; and examine to which extent the adoption for the dimensions of the main and sub study variables. To reach the study aims and state hypotheses when have been put the variables represented by its dimensions and its main characteristics, and to have the final results and verify the authenticity of the hypotheses; the study uses the descriptive analytical method, the study also handles the questionnaire as a method to have the data to collect and analyze the data and the information from the study’s sample which consists of (50) persons including departments’ managers and the managers in the state company for the drugs industry medical appliances/Samara. The study reaches a set of theoretical and field conclusions, the most important of them is the rise of the role of the knowledge management very much in the organizations because these managements highlights on the knowledge management strategies which have not much attention without this management, although it is regards an essential and important resource for the organization, the crises are exceptional situations which may consume its power, resources, and its abilities. And that leads to the incapacity to deal with it in normal ways.
