A questionnaire study on the impact sites of mobile phone net works on human health in the province of Maysan

Abstract

Alastpianip This study was conducted to identify the damage caused by mobile phone networks and its towers and the electromagnetic fields of those towers, because there is great confusion about this subject. The study was conducted on a random sample of people of Maysan province / city of Amara, and those who live in spaces different towers the mobile phone, was the number of samples of kidney (480) the number of males (255) male and female (225) female from different segments of society and for the period of time 15 / 1 / 2009 -15/2/2010 using a questionnaire that included a lot of information concerning the nature of the study were divided the sample into three age groups as follows: The first age group included (245) people (135 Male 110 female) aged (17-37 years). The second age group included (195) people (95 Male 100 females) aged (38-58 years). The third age group included (40) people (25 males 15 females) aged (59-80 years). The results showed that: - 1. Increase the proportion of affected males (in the distance disparate) symptoms caused by mobile network and the electromagnetic fields of such networks as the percentage of fatigue (32.5%) and fatigue and anxiety (29.1%) and the incidence of headache and nausea (23.2%) and difficulty in concentration (20 %) and nervous tension increased (19.1%) compared with females if they are at the incidence of the above symptoms (12.5%, 14.1%, 12.5%, 10%, 10%), respectively. 2. The incidence of symptoms varied according to age groups showed the age group (17-37 years) affected more than other age groups above. 3.
