Abstract

Research topic: measurement of conscience rooted and appliedon issues of legal ruling and legal evidence according to Imam Al-Razi as a model Research Objectives: Rooting and scientific application of conscience measurement. Research methodology: inductive. Research content: The research included two parts: theoretical and applied. The theoretical section included: defining analogy in language and idiomatically, clarifying the meaning of the pronoun, and defining the pronoun analogy as a title. It also included the forms and sections of the pronoun analogy, the purpose of the pronoun and its condition in analogy, and the objection to it. As for the applied section, it included some applications of inference by analogy with the pronoun in issues of legal ruling and legal evidence. The most important search results:1)The scholars of the origins used the pronoun analogy inference a lot, yet only four of them declared his name.2)The pronoun analogy can be defined as: a syllogism that has omitted some of its pillars for knowledge.3)Pronoun measurement forms are determined based on the omitted measurement corner.4)The purpose of the inclusion: to shorten the analogy, and its condition: to know the omitted corner, whether it is a prelude or a conclusion.5)The objection to the pronoun analogy: to say the positive, and to which it is responded that deleting the known is justifiable.Research recommendations: The research still needs extensive study, so I recommend completing it with a research at the master's level Keywords: inference - measurement - al-Razi - judgment - evidence
