The Legal and Constitutional Guarantees of Human Rights
Abstract
Legislation is the legal basis for the protection of human rights and is the most effective means of enabling individuals to enjoy their rights as a work of the people's authority. Legislation is therefore almost unanimous in ensuring and protecting human rights, whether in the Constitution, Or in ordinary laws. Such protection is a set of constitutional and legal guarantees.
