Comparison between Two book: The Doctrinal Laws of Ibn Al-Maliki's Molecule and the Doctrinal Conclusion of Al-Arabi al-Maliki

Abstract

This research compares my book: the doctrinal laws of Ibn Al-Maliki's molecule and the doctrinal conclusion of the Maliki Arab, in terms of giving a profile of them, and then balancing them considering the differences and agreements in them.The research included two chapters: the researcher spoke in the first chapter of my book: the doctrinal laws of ibn al-Maliki's molecule and the jurisprudential conclusion of the Maliki Arab in terms of giving a profile of them, and in the second chapter he balanced them considering the differences and differences in them.One of the results of the research is that the two books agree that they are books of jurisprudence that took place in the manner of the durability, and often devoid of evidence and explanation.Among the results of the research: the book of jurisprudence has several advantages, the most important of which is: being a collector of the doors of jurisprudence and its issues, being contained in some sects and benefits, weights and investigations, and being a combination of the preface of the doctrine and the mention of high disagreement.One of the results of the research is: the book of jurisprudence has several advantages, the most important of which is: being written in easy and easy language, being formulated in the way of question and answer, and the fact that each chapter has been concluded in a summary of a scattered gathering and received its winters, thus being suitable for teaching it in the institutes, role and legal incubators.One of the results of the research: it appears to the researcher that the book of jurisprudence is suitable for teaching young people and beginners in the request for knowledge, because it is appropriate for their level, and close to your knowledge of their understanding, and that the book of jurisprudence laws is suitable for those who have applied for science steps, and the ram of understanding issues and investigations.
