The beginning of the time of decomposition in hajj (comparative doctrinal study)

Abstract

This research examines the issue of the beginning of the time of decomposition in hajj, a comparative doctrinal study, in which the researcher compares the doctrines of the scholars of the followers and the imams of the four doctrines and beyond. The research included seven demands, including the picture of the issue, the liberation of the dispute, the cause of the dispute, the statements of scholars, their evidence and discussion, the weighting and the type of disagreement in the matter. The researcher found that the reason for the disagreement in the issue of the beginning of the time of decomposition in hajj is due to the difference of scholars in understanding the texts contained at the beginning of the time of the decomposition work, their differences in how they are inferred, and in proving some of them, in addition to the apparent conflict of some of them. One of the results of the research is that what is likely in the eyes of the researcher - and science to God - is to say that the time of the work of decomposition begins from the rise of the second dawn on the day of the suicide. One of the results of the research is that the controversy in this matter is moral and has visible implications in the work of the Day of Suicide.
