Abstract

This research examines the issue of the rule of ihram by the individual penny of an individual jurisprudence, in which the researcher compares the doctrines of the scholars of the companions and followers and their successors in this matter. The research included seven demands, including the picture of the issue, the editing of the disputed issue, the cause of the dispute, the statements of the scholars, their evidence and discussion, the weighting, and the type of disagreement in the matter. The researcher concluded that the reason for the disagreement in the issue of the ruling of Ihram by the individual penny is due to the difference of scholars in the texts of the affirmative of the dissolution of the pilgrimage to Umrah for those who did not water the Haddi, who understood from it the general obligation of all the nation; went to the inadmissibility of the asceticism of individuals, and from those who understood the competence of the obligatory companions who were with the Prophet in his argument; he went to the permissibility of the asceticism of individuals.One of the results of the research is that what is most likely in the eyes of the researcher – and science with God – is to say that the ihram of the individual penny is legitimate and permissible. One of the results of the research is that what is likely in the eyes of the researcher - and the knowledge of Allah - is that the affirmation of the annulment of the pilgrimage to Umrah is specific to the companions of the Messenger of Allah in the farewell argument, and that the judgment then remains on the desirability and not the obligation.
