Abstract

This research examines the issue of the ruling on the perception of hajj fajr prayer with the imam in a comparative doctrinal study, in which the researcher compares the doctrines of scholars in this matter.The research included seven demands, including the picture of the issue, the liberation of the dispute, the cause of the dispute, the statements of scholars, their evidence and discussion, the weighting and the type of disagreement in the matter.The researcher concluded that the reason for the disagreement in the issue of the ruling on the perception of hajj fajr prayer with the imam in a double way is due to the difference of scholars in understanding the texts contained in the understanding of the dawn prayer with the imam in a double, and their differences in how to infer them, and in proving some of them.One of the results of the research is that what is likely in the eyes of the researcher - and science to God - is to say that the realization of the dawn prayer with the imam in a double is not a corner.One of the results of the research is that the disagreement in this matter is moral, showing its impact on those who did not realize the fajr prayer with the imam with a double of the strongest men.
