Abstract

Marketing is considered one of the basic elements in marketing work and insurance vehicles, including the establishment of marketing elements and objectives, as this marketing product includes four elements : (Public relations, personal selling, sales activation, and advertising) . This research aims to a real study of marketing in insurance companies. The questionnaire forms prepared for this variety were distributed to the research community, and in light of this, the data was determined and hypotheses were selected using the appropriate statistical area : the arithmetic mean, the elastic deviation, and the correlation (Pearson and regression) . The research reached important conclusions, as it noted that the customer's patients are influenced by insurance marketing services, and that there is a statistically significant relationship between the elements that are considered marketing and the customer's patients, and they discovered that development exists in the evaluation of insurance services.
