Abstract

constitutional jurisprudence describe the American political system, according to the Constitution of 1787 as presidential system according to the following standard; applying principle of separation of powers and the unity of the executive branch and strengthening the position of head of state many Arab constitutions states tradition stated in the U.S. Constitution and in particular the strength of the Head of State. Given the multiplicity of Arab constitutions, we will try to study them individually, starting with political system in Egypt according to the Constitution of 1956 and 1971
