Abstract

Detection of an educational program proposed and prepared by researchers for the work of the Scout leadership in innovative thinking to the students of the Institute of Teachers / Department of Physical Education  The researchers used the experimental approach to relevance and the nature of the research, sample research (19) female students from the Institute of Teachers of Nineveh in Mosul / Department of Physical Education Phase IV and V have been merged phases and divided into two groups randomly by (10) students from phases IV and V the experimental group and (9) students from phases IV and V of the control group, was parity between the two groups in the variables (chronological age, intelligence and innovative thinking) and the researchers used the experimental design a group equal with pretest and post test, was used also tutorial prepared by them for the work of the lead scout was also used test Guilford and they modify it in order to serve the requirements of their research to become an (8) activities have been used a number of statistical tools for data processing and in the light of the statistical analysis results showed that more than students of the experimental group that underwent the proposed program to the students of the control group that underwent the Platform for the Institute to be in the test Guilford to creative thinking
