The Effects of Using skill full speed Exercise Developing Maximum Speed and Dribbling Speed in soccer

Abstract

The research shows the importance of special excursies to develop maxim speed and dribbling speed in soccer . in young soccer players of the ages 17-19 years old .The program was applied an 20 players divided in to tow equal gropes the training program lasted for 10 weeks with 20 training session .The researcher conceded that these exercises have a significant effect on maximum speed 8 dribbling speed in young soccer players of the ages 17-19 years old .
